This program blends insights from Positive Intelligence® (PQ) and the Enneagram to help teams understand why they react the way they do and learn how to shift from stress and reactivity to build lasting habits that improve communication, reduce stress, and enhance performance.
Through a blend of app-guided daily practices, team coaching, and real-world application, participants learn to handle challenges with more clarity, empathy, and creativity, improving both individual well-being and collective effectiveness.

Half-Day Saboteur Workshop
Two 60–120 minute sessions that take your team beyond awareness into transformation. Can be held over one or two days.
After learning about the three core mental muscles, your team will break out into discussion groups based on their top Saboteurs (from the online Saboteur Assessment). Each group then reports back to the larger team about what their Saboteur is all about: its lies, limiting beliefs, and negative impact.
This interactive workshop helps participants move from conceptual understanding to a deep personal “aha” of how they’ve been sabotaging their own effectiveness, wellness, and relationships. It’s a dynamic and engaging experience that leaves teams excited about a new way of working and relating.
