Support for women navigating change and the question of what comes next

Through mental fitness coaching, small groups, supported travel, and life-abroad experiences, I help women feel clearer, calmer, and more confident in themselves as they decide what comes next.

How I Can Support You

A few ways to work together, online or in person:

Focused, personal support for women who want space to think clearly, feel less overwhelmed, and move through a transition with more self-trust

A small, supportive space for women who want ongoing connection, reflection, and practical tools as they navigate life

Practical and reflective support for women considering or settling into life in Spain, including Your Spain Connection and the Could I Live Here? Sevilla immersion

Not sure where to start?

Supported independent travel for women who want freedom, connection, and room to explore without feeling completely on their own

My approach

My work is calm, practical, and reflective.

I create space for women to slow down, think clearly, and talk through what’s really going on, without pressure or judgment. Depending on what’s needed, I may draw from mental fitness, mindset work, or the Enneagram, but the focus is always on helping you feel more at ease, grounded, and able to move forward.

You do not have to carry it all alone

A lot of women I work with wouldn’t say they are struggling, but they often feel on edge. Small things throw them off more easily than they used to, and it can be hard to let things go. Some are navigating a move, an identity or career shift, or the pressure of holding everything together while telling themselves they should be fine.

You do not have to justify needing support. This is a place to speak honestly, think clearly, and explore what comes next in your own way.

Life Abroad & Relocation Support

Moving abroad is never just about paperwork. It can affect your identity, confidence, relationships, routines, and sense of belonging.

For practical Sevilla settling-in support, I co-created Your Spain Connection with Randa Stephens. For women who are still deciding whether Spain could be their next move, I also offer Could I Live Here?, a small-group Sevilla immersion that blends practical exploration with guided reflection.

A simple way to calm your mind

How this works

Some women start with a workshop or gathering. Others come directly to 1:1 support. There’s no right path, just what feels right for you. You don’t need to have it all figured out before you reach out.
