Small Groups for Women
Mental fitness, honest conversation, and support for women navigating change, emotional load, and what comes next.
These groups combine practical mental fitness tools, guided reflection, and honest conversation so you can quiet the inner critic, build self-trust, and feel less alone in your life transition.
Most women I work with already have plenty of insight. They know they are overthinking, people-pleasing, carrying too much of the mental load, or being harder on themselves than they would ever be on someone else.
The harder part is changing those patterns in daily life. That is where small groups can be so powerful. You get practical tools, gentle accountability, and the relief of realizing you are not the only one working through these things.
Current Group Options
Women’s Mental Fitness Group
This group is for women who are tired of living under constant inner pressure. Together, we work with the Positive Intelligence framework to notice the mental habits that keep us stuck, including the inner critic, perfectionism, people-pleasing, avoidance, control, guilt, and overthinking.
You’ll learn how to interrupt those patterns and shift toward a calmer, wiser response through short daily practices, weekly group sessions, and real-life application.
Kickoff session (to set goals and clarify what matters most)
7-Week Foundational Program with the Positive Intelligence (PQ) app and weekly live group sessions
Small groups, 3-6 women
Daily 2 to 4 minute mental fitness practices
Practical tools for stress, boundaries, relationships, decisions, and emotional regulation
1 year of PQ app access for ongoing daily practice, growth modules, and support (normally $995/year on its own)
Ongoing Practice Pods
Monthly support for women who want to keep practicing the tools in real life.
After the foundation work, many women want a place to keep applying what they have learned. These monthly pods offer steady support, reflection, and practical coaching around real situations happening now, such as work stress, family dynamics, boundaries, decision-making, relationships, or life transitions.
The focus is consistency. We come back to the tools, notice what is showing up, and practice responding from more calm, clarity, and self-trust.
Monthly live group session
Small, consistent group
Real-life coaching and reflection
Continued practice with mental fitness tools
Space to bring current challenges
Supportive, non-judgmental conversation
