The Throughline
I’ve spent a lot of time lately trying to put words around what I actually do, which is harder than it sounds when your work includes coaching, facilitating, and mental fitness, along with expansion into travel and relocation. For a few moments, I worried that it looked like I was heading in ten different directions, but I don’t feel that way anymore.
At the center of all of it is guiding women through change. It might be career, moving abroad, building something new, burnout, or realizing that the way they’ve been living doesn’t quite fit anymore.
The details may be completely different, but I hear a lot of the same worries. They’re trying to figure out who they are now, what they actually want, whether they can trust themselves to make a big decision, and what happens if they get it wrong.
That’s why adding relocation support and reflective travel to my work feels like such a natural extension of what I’ve already been doing. Moving to another country and traveling independently have definitely changed how I see myself, and I’ve watched the same thing happen for other people.
Your Spain Connection lets Randa and me support people through one very specific kind of change: building a life in Sevilla. And the travel experiences give women a chance to do some of the same inner work in a completely different setting, connecting with others, trying new things, and seeing what they learn about themselves along the way.
Underneath, the throughline of my work is still helping women understand what they want and trust themselves a little more.
