Every Current Carries Us Somewhere New

Over the past few months, I’ve written about the in-between, the transitions throughout our lives that challenge us and shape us.

From leaving home and first-time parenting to empty nesting, changing careers, or becoming a caretaker, these shake-ups can make us feel like our world has turned upside down.

We experience identity loss or confusion, frustration, shame, and fear. Yet our lives are made of change and growth. This is how we fully experience being human, how we come to know ourselves more deeply.

This life is an amazing and beautiful mix of emotions, relationships, and transitions.

Closing the Circle

Thank you for your support as I’ve shared my own vulnerability. I’m grateful to you for following along, sharing your stories, and offering inspiration for the changes still yet to be explored.

Each story reminded me that transitions come in many forms, some chosen, some not. They pull us away from what’s familiar and ask us to trust what’s coming next.

As I move into my next series, I’ll be exploring how we can stay grounded and resilient in an unpredictable world. How we can strengthen the mind from within, even when everything around us feels uncertain.

If you’re in the middle of your own in-between and could use support, you can always reach out to me here.

And for women who are ready for small-group connection, my next Mental Fitness Program begins this month.

A Gentle Reminder

Change will always be part of the story but so is growth and the courage it takes to keep moving forward.

✨ Thank you for being part of In the In-Between. If this series resonated with you, I invite you to subscribe to the blog or connect with me on LinkedIn. And if you are navigating a transition, you can always book a free consultation.
