This summer, I decided to do something a little different.

Instead of pushing harder, striving more, or trying to keep up with the endless demands of life, I wanted to create space for myself and for the women I work with to simply pause.

To breathe.
To exhale.
To let go.

So many of the women I coach are strong, capable, and deeply tired. Not just physically tired, but emotionally, mentally, and even spiritually.

They’re carrying invisible loads.
Living by inherited expectations.
Swallowing needs.
Shrinking dreams.

And if I’m honest, I know that experience all too well.

That’s what inspired The Deep Exhale: A Summer of Letting Go. It is an 8-week series of gentle reflections on the weight so many of us carry, and how we can begin to set it down.

Each week in this series, I’ll share insights on themes like:

  • The invisible mental and emotional load

  • Permission to want more

  • Self-care that isn’t selfish

  • Letting go of guilt

  • Quieting the inner critic

  • Boundaries that feel kind

  • Reclaiming your voice and your space

Real transformation doesn’t come from hustling harder. It comes from looking within. From reconnecting with yourself. From healing and honoring what matters most.

💛 My hope is that these posts give you space to breathe, feel seen, and remember that you don’t have to carry it all alone.

So, take a deep breath. Let’s begin.
